I've been a hairstylist in San Diego for over 25 years, and hair extensions have been a big part of my work for a long time. I'm certified in IBE (Invisible Bead Extensions), Great Lengths, Hairdreams and tape-in extensions, so I work with sew-in wefts, K-tips and tape-ins.

It starts before you arrive. My schedule fills up well in advance, so I keep a waitlist. When an earlier opening comes up, you'll be the first to know and can move your appointment sooner. You'll also get plenty of friendly reminders. I love a good reminder myself, so my calendar and a quick message keep me on track too.

A warm welcome. When you walk in, you'll be greeted with smiles from me and our entire team.

Your hair consultation: my favorite part. Sitting down with a new stylist is a big moment, and I want it to feel easy, relaxed and completely about you. This is where we get to know each other, so take all the time you need. Ask me anything. Every question is a good question, and every idea is welcome.

We'll talk about your hair history, what you love about your hair now and what you'd love to change. We'll talk about your life and your hair for the long term: your short-term and long-term goals, your budget, and how often you'd like to come in. Then I'll walk you through every option, explain what each one involves, and we'll choose the best one together. I'll share honest advice and a clear plan, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

You're always in charge of your hair. We start only when you feel confident and excited about the plan, and if your goal takes a few visits, I'll map out each step with you. Many clients tell me the consultation is when they finally relax, because they feel heard.

Every appointment begins with a full consultation, before we start anything. And if you're still deciding what you'd like, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for anyone. Come by the salon, meet us, ask all your questions, and leave with a plan whenever you're ready.

Bring your inspiration. I love inspo pictures and videos, from salon photos to AI images. Any picture helps get across exactly what you're looking for. With color theory and extensions, almost any look is possible.

Settle in. Once we have a clear goal and a path to get there, we start on your color. There are refreshments and snacks, and Wi-Fi for everyone, so a longer service like a full platinum or a three-row extension install can double as a little work time.

The finish. Every client is styled however she likes. Whether you're leaving with an easy air-dry cut or a full head of extensions, we'll style you to the fullest while you're here, because salon days are special. I had a clear picture of the salon I wanted: clean, beautiful and comfortable, with lots of windows, and easy to reach from anywhere in San Diego. That's why I love our Mission Valley location so much. We're just 10 to 15 minutes from East County, South County, North County and the beach.

I spent many wonderful years working down at the beach, and it taught me how much the drive and the parking shape the whole visit. The hair appointment experience starts long before you walk through the door. Here, parking is easy and plentiful, so you arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your time.

I've always been a strong, independent stylist, and I wanted a place that helps my stylists grow and keep moving forward. Our wide-open hair floor gives every stylist and client plenty of room to feel comfortable, with a real sense of community that makes the salon feel like home. Adding treatment rooms has been one of my favorite decisions. Our physician assistant keeps us looking young, and our esthetician and massage therapist keep our skin glowing and our bodies relaxed and cared for.

And last but not least, the break room. I grew up in a hair salon, and some of my most memorable conversations happened in the break room, so I wanted every corner of this salon to feel cared for, including this one. Ours has panoramic views across Mission Valley, tons of light, a table where we can all sit together, and a big, oversized comfy chair for a real moment of rest. We also have a balcony, so you can eat lunch outside and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather, or stay cool inside with our brand-new air conditioning, which works like a dream. I appreciate my girls so much, and I love giving them a beautiful space between their busy appointments.
