With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Julianne has dedicated her career to elevating the standard of hair artistry while creating an environment where both clients and stylists feel like family.
A master stylist known for her expertise in custom hair color, blonding, gray blending, and advanced hair extension methods, Julianne has transformed thousands of clients throughout her career. Pamela Salgado, PA-C
- Pamela Salgado is the founder and CEO of Coastal Bloom Med Spa located in Giovannis West. A certified Physician Assistant from Northern California, she completed her medical training at the University of California, Davis in 2010. During her preceptorship in Head and Neck Surgery at UC Davis, Pamela developed a deep appreciation for the diversity of the field, treating patients with a wide range of conditions, from hearing impairments to complex congenital disorders.

Hi, I’m Hailey! I’ve loved doing hair for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always begging my sisters to let me practice braids and create fun new styles on them just for fun. What started as a childhood passion has grown into a career I truly love.
Now, being behind the chair allows me to combine creativity with connection. There’s nothing better than creating beautiful hair while uplifting someone’s confidence at the same time. Making my clients feel seen, comfortable, and empowered is what inspires me every day.
When I’m not at the salon, you can find me cooking or baking something sweet, getting a good workout in, or spending time with my family. I value meaningful relationships and genuinely love getting to know each of my clients and welcoming them into my world.
